For directing to the respondents to give/provide the insurance benefit of the petitioner as per Director General CRPF letter dated 14.01.2019, which was issued by the Department on the basis of the Dy. General Manager (GITU), SBI letter no. PB/GITU/196, dated 07.01.2019 and revised letter dated 04.01.2022, whereby and whereunder the petitioner on the active duty assessed 80% disability on 30.05.2019 and invalidated out from service w.e.f. 23.08.2019 as per

Patna High Court CWJC No.7129 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 recommendation of the medical board, but till date the insurance benefit not provided by the Department, which is not sustainable in the eyes of law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Inspector General of Police, Directorate, Central Reserve Police Force, C.G.O. Complex, New Delhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
