It appears that substantially the shop of the petitioner has remained closed and no display board was put in front of the shop and as such PDS licence of the petitioner has been cancelled.

It does not appear from the impugned order whether any particular person made any complaint against the petitioner. In the circumstances, this writ application succeeds and the impugned order dated 20.8.2013 passed by the Subdivisional Officer, Shergahti, Gaya in Supply Case No.23 of 2013 is set aside.
