Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all other benefits, except benefit of Assured Career Progression (for brevity, ACP), has been granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the decision to grant benefit of ACP has been approved. The petitioner, pursuant to such approval, has also filed a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Mines and Geology. The answering respondent, on 09.09.2014, directed respondent No 4 to act in accordance with law.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8623 of 2015(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 In view of such averments made in the counter affidavit, this Court would direct respondent No 4 to communicate final decision in view of the said statement brought on record by the respondent-authorities and grant the admissible benefits to the petitioner positively without any undue delay within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
