The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 03 of 2020 dated 02.01.2020, instituted for the offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25654 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/3 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is stated to have been assaulted by two other persons. So far as the petitioners are concerned, petitioner no. 1 is said to have assaulted one Guddu Kumar, whereas petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are alleged to have assaulted Sobha Devi. Both, Guddu and Sobha Devi have received simple injuries. There is counter version of the occurrence and according to the petitioners, only because the husband of the informant is in Police Department, this false case has been instituted. Regard being had to the entire set of facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
