2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The informant, Neeraj Kumar, alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons, in lieu of providing job in railway, took Rs. 13,50,000/- from him fraudulently and gave him forged certificate of job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. However, by filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to refund the alleged amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the informant, which is alleged to have been transferred in the account of petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur / concerned Court in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 450 of 2024, subject to condition that "(A) At the time of furnishing bail-bond, the petitioner shall deposit demand draft / Banker's cheque of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) in the Nazarat of concerned Civil Court and receipt of the same shall be furnished alongwith bail-bond. (B) The aforesaid payment shall be subject to final outcome of the case."
