1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment which has been made in the shape of running private bus stand, many shops and house over the land of the petitioner which is over Khata No.198, Khesra No. 159, Jamabandi No.5223, measuring an area of one Bigha over which Madhubani Private Bus Stand is situated without any proper authority from the competent authority in connivance of

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.
