The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No. 80 of 2017 registered under Sections 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offences and the allegations made in the FIR that the petitioner administered poison to the brother of the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
