The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 dated 06.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 34, 341 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are uncle and aunt of the informant. They are alleged to have assaulted the informant and also attempted to set him on fire. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they stay in Patna and the ancestral property is attempted to be appropriated by his nephew who stays in the village home. From the averments made in the FIR itself, it appears that there is some

In any view of the matter regard being had to the nature of accusation, the circumstances of the case and relationship of the parties, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
