The petitioner is accused in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further submission is that on perusal of records, it appears that in the instant case, the first information report is lodged after the post mortem examination. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.30731 of 2020(3) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Case No. 635 of 2019 arising out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019.
