2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail bond of Opposite Party No. 2 and the Opposite Party No 2 has been granted bail vide order dated 17.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5799 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that the Opposite Party No. 2 has not violated the order dated 17.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5799 of 2021 by which the Opposite Party No. 2 has been granted the privilege

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36112 of 2023(10) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 of anticipatory bail by this Court.

4. Having heard the parties. I have gone through the entire record of the present case and not found any ground for cancellation of bail bond to the Opposite Party No. 2.

5. No case is made out for interference by this Court. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
