JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner prays to quash letter dated 11.8.2011, by which respondent no.7 has directed him to deposit Rs.61,650/-. A certificate case bearing Certificate case no.29 of 2011-12 has also been initiated against him.

In my view, the petitioner should pursue objection petition, if any filed in this regard. If the objection petition has not been disposed of, the Certificate officer would dispose of the same within four months. In case, such petition has also been disposed of, the petitioner may take resort to the remedy of statutory appeal.

The writ petition thus disposed of.
