2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. Cr. Misc. No.31447 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38278 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.300 of 2019, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

4. The order dated 26.02.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
