2. This writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondent from interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioner or his Bataidar with respect to the land as detailed in paragraph no.4 of the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent is interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner on the land in question and respondent may be restrained from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed Title Suit No.126 of 2011 against the respondents and if the petitioner has any grievance, he may file

5. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Trial Court, if required.

6. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
