JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017, dated 27.07.2017, which has been instituted for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957.

Since it is a case of year 2017 and the investigation, according to the status report, has still remained pending, this Court directs that the investigation be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63129 of 2017(3) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 period of three months from today.

The application is disposed off with the aforesaid observation.

The petitioner would be but at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Court below on the police report, in case he feels aggrieved.
