JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner prays for quashing order dated 10.4.2003 by which his PDS Licence no. 5/B/92 has been cancelled by respondent no.2 on the ground that he deposited the fee for renewal of licence belatedly after 20 days on 20.2.2001, whereas the last date was 31.1.2001.

The petitioner submits that in more or less similar case, this Court vide order dated 19.10.2011, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 7168 of 2008, granted liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the authorities.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of his grievances. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi./- U
