The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have assaulted and abused the informant and his labours at the field at the time of cutting down his crops (maize) and it is further alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused person has caused firearm injury to the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38456 of 2024(2) dt.23-05-2024 2/2 petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is land dispute in between the parties. It is submitted that nobody was injured during course of occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2020.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as no injury caused to the injured person, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge 1st, Naugachiya.
