This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur PS case no. 105 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding one Manish Kr. Sahni having apprehended the victim girl and committed rape on her. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the said Manish Kr. Sahni and the victim girl, in her statement under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, has not leveled any allegation whatsoever against the petitioner herein. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur PS case no. 105 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
