2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 74284 of 2024 wherein it was observed that the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No.
