Having regard to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties, the Court is prima-facie of the view that the direction of the writ Court has been complied with. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he has to verify from client whether the statements to the show cause is correct or not. In the event, incorrect statement has been made on affidavit, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file affidavit for revival of the present proceeding.
