JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-09-2015 Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction upon the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board to correct the address of the Madarsa in question, whose name figures in the list of 2459 affiliated Madarsa. Instead of "Nauhatta", the name of "Chauhatta" has been typed, which is causing all the confusion with regard to the institution and its location.

Annexure-8 is the report of the District Education Officer, Saharsa which certifies the position that there is no place by the name

Patna High Court CWJC No.23023 of 2013 dt.04-09-2015 2/2 of "Chauhatta" in Saharsa. He has already communicated the above opinion under letter dated 06.06.2012 to the Incharge of Madarsa Board.

The writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Madarsa Board that they will verify the position to be taken into consideration (Annexure-8) and then make the necessary correction in the address. It is said that the record of the Madarsa Board also reflects such a position with regard to the institution of the petitioner. Let the decision be taken within a period of eight weeks from today.
