Case No. 222 of 2021, registered for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous during the interregnum period, hence the same be disposed off.
