It appears that the respondents have finally ensured that all due payment of the petitioner relating to Group Insurance and Unutilized Leave have been paid to her. With regard to Family Pension and Gratuity, the Accountant General has issued authority slip on 08.10.2015 whereas for GPF, the amount has been forwarded to the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna and authority has also been issued in favour of the petitioner on 05.11.2015. It is submitted that the petitioner has to move the Treasury Officer to complete the formalities before actual payment of Family Pension and Gratuity is made. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.9723 of 2015 dt.06-11-2015 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Treasury Officer, Patna within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order. The Treasury Officer shall ensure that all required formalities are completed within one week in which the petitioner shall cooperate. Thereafter, he shall ensure that actual payment of Family Pension and Gratuity in terms of the authority issued by the Accountant General is credited to the account of the petitioner within the next two weeks.
