1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the Anchal Adhikari-cum-Circle Officer, Pusa, Samastipur (respondent no. 3) to reconstruct the Register-II of Zamabandi No. 4, 9 and 14, 264 and 232 which has been torn.

3. In view of the nature of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the Anchal Adhikari-cum-Circle Officer, Pusa, Samastipur (respondent no. 3) is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months
