JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 22.03.2019, by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service, by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority. Having regard to the short submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today and in case such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered on merits and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law
