2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution story, the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, killed father of the informant with the help of unknown person(s).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion has been raised against petitioner and others. It is a case of 'last seen'. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2024.
