Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.576 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that matter was referred in Mediation before District Mediation Centre, Supaul for exploring the possibility of settlement between the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2.

Pursuant to request of this case, the learned Mediator has submitted Mediation report vide his lettr No.1079 dated 08.08.2019 along with terms and conditions of settlement between petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 dated 30.05.2019.

No.28308 of 2019(4) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 From perusal of the terms and conditions, it appears that both petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 have agreed to live together as husband and wife and has also agreed to get Maintenance case No.155 of 2018 disposed of, pending in Family Court, Supaul in terms of compromise.

In view of the terms and conditions arrived at between the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 dated 30.05.2019, let the provision bail granted by this Court dated 01.05.2019 be confirmed, subject to terms and condition as aforesaid and the bail bond furnished by the petitioner earlier shall be treated to the bail bond furnished by the petitioner pursuant to this order.
