The petitioner seeks bail in Karjain P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per seizure list, one Mobile phone has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The seizure list which is part of the First Information Report does not bear signature of the petitioner. He further submits that there is non-compliance of Section 100 Cr. P.C.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27978 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul), in connection with in Karjain P.S.
