JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner's P.D.S. license has been cancelled by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Phulparas vide his order dated 25.06.2013 without issuance of show-cause notice, which is in vioaltion of Clause 7(2) of the Control Order. As such, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to SubDivisional Officer, Phulparas to proceed afresh in accordance with law.

This application stands disposed of.
