The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sour Bazar P.S. case No. 435 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 420,467, 468 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that petitioner took Rs. 4 lac from him for starting business of solar energy on assurance that petitioner would give Rs. 41,000/- per month from profit to the informant but the petitioner neither gave profit nor returned the amount to informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of paper to show that petitioner received any amount from the informant. All the allegations are false and concocted.

No.63392 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that informant has not annexed any chit of paper to show that he gave Rs. four lac to the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. case No.435 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
