2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that substantial amount of retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar submitted that revised pension of the petitioner has been fixed and authority slip has also been issued and communicated to the Treasury Officer, Begusarai.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.
