The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 413, 414/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and save and except the confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar, there is nothing on the record to connect the petitioner with the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in parapraph 3 of the bail petition.

In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29203 of 2020(2) dt.04-12-2020 2/2 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge XII, Muzaffarpur in Sakra Police Station Case No. 442 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
