2. On 27.09.2024, since no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the Co-ordinate Bench made it clear that on the next date, it will be dismissed for non prosecution.

3. On 21.11.2024, appearance was made but today again on call, no one appeared.

4. The present petition is preferred against the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui in Maintenance Case No. 158M/2015 whereby the learned court below has passed interim maintenance against the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1209 of 2017(5) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 petitioner and ordered to make payment of Rs. 2000/- per month as an interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2.

5. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

6. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
