Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he induced a minor girl to go with him. The victim has supported the fact that when she had gone to purchase milk, petitioner took her somewhere and thereafter to his house and, later on, left her at Kanti police station. She has not alleged anything more. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation disclosed in the statement of the victim-girl and completion of the investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29434 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No. 179 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
