JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 The prayer of the petitioner in the present writ application is to direct the respondents authorities to complete the investigation of Hayaghat P.S. Case No.135 of 2012 dated 28.8.2012 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307/34, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents in which it has been stated that on completion of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.595 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 investigation the police have already submitted report under section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure vide Chargesheet No.82 of 2015 dated 18.7.2015 against the accused Dinesh Yadav.
