The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 445 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that Police arrested the petitioner on getting information that he along with other co-accused have assembled to commit crime. On search, one country made pistol, one live cartridge and two Mobile phones have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
