JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his promotion in Graduate Trained Scale (Science) and to grant the benefit of graduate trained scale to the petitioner herein from the date the juniors to the petitioner were granted the said benefits in terms of the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 2.06.2018 in CWJC No. 20195 of 2011( Arun Kumar Verma & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11213 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 case, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 by filing a representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be decided by the respondent no.5 within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case it is found that the case of the petitioner is similarly situated as that of the case of said Arun Kumar Verma & Anr. (supra), similar benefits shall be granted to the petitioner herein.

The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
