JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 The petitioner challenges order of respondent no.5, dated 13.6.2013, cancelling his PDS License no.48/1989 on the ground that the SDO relied on an enquiry report without its service to him. The petitioner submits that he could not make effective reply in absence of enquiry report. Submission of the petitioner has substance. The writ petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh after serving copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner. The petitioner should appear before the SDO within four weeks.
