2. Petitioner is the father of Puja Kumari who has been sent to a Home in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during her stay in the Home Puja Kumari has changed her mind and she wants to join
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.301 of 2015 dt.08-06-2015 2/2 her paternal family.
4. Let Puja Kumari be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Patna before whom Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014 is pending and the learned Magistrate shall interact with Puja Kumari and if the Magistrate is satisfied that Puja Kumari out of her own volition wishes to join the paternal family, she be released in favour of her father, petitioner herein.
5. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
