2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate the writ/order/direction for quashing relevant part of the order dated 11.07.2015 at Annexure-6 related to the petitioner by which without assigning any reason the petitioner has not been given 6th share i.e.

241/2 decimal compensation in terms of Khatian, land possession certificate and

Patna High Court CWJC No.13017 of 2016(6) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 notice issued by the Collector, Bhagalpur.

A perusal of the order-sheet would show that from 19.08.2024 to 02.09.2024 and 23.09.2024 as also 30.09.2024 before the coordinate bench, the only appearance that came up was on 02.09.2024 and on the other dates, there was no appearance, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

4 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
