Vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49595 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to lack of communication to the petitioners and not knowledge of the said order. In that view of the matter, the order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49595 of 2021 is modified to the extent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36183 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 447 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned ACJM-II, Barh, Patna and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
