The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2019. He further submits that on account of money dispute there was a case and counter case in which both sides have sustained injury.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there was a case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29231 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018.
