The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 365, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the informant who got registered a case after setting free from the clutch of the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in fact one Rajan Kumar, son of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29467 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 no.1, had lodged an FIR against the family members of the informant on 02.02.2022 for the occurrence dated 31.01.2022 before the SHO, Town P.S. Motihari under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code in respect of kidnapping of his sister, namely, Neha Kumari.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghora Sahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
