JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction for removing the encroachment from the land Thana No.98, Mouza-Murtiya, Khata No.215, Khesra No.957, Area-1 Bigha, 18 Katha, 18 Dhur and Khata No.215, Khesra No.289, Area-2 acre, 45 decimal is Aam Gairmajarua road which has encroached by the encroachers.

(ii). For issuance of direction to the Respondent Anchaladhikari, Adapur to remove the encroachment from the aforesaid Aam Gairmajarua Road."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Adapur, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
