On behalf of the respondent State Bank of India, it is assured that in terms of the authority issued in favour of the petitioner by the Accountant General, actual payment shall be credited into the account of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the Manager of the concerned branch.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
