JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-06-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that for the work done by him under Agreement No. 124 F2 of 2017-18 for value of Rs. 2,14,612/- he has been paid only Rs. 1,93,050/-.

It is submitted that the outstanding amount of Rs. 21,451/- is not being paid by the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Muzaffarpur. In this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent no. 4 vide Annexure '2' to the writ application which is said to be pending. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.9714 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 court deems it just and proper to direct respondent no. 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider his representation as contained in Annexure '2' and in case it is found that the claim of the petitioner is genuine and any amount is admittedly payable to him the same must be paid within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner or any part thereof is not payable, the reasons thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
