The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 54/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 21.01.2020, on a secret information, raid was conducted and certain arms and ammunition were recovered from the co-accused Ratan Kumar and Raj Soni who disclosed that they have purchased the illegal arms from this petitioner.

It is submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused persons which has no evidentiary value and no incriminating material has been

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the bail application of this petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 54/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
