====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. M. BADAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2021 Vide order dated 10.05.2016, the bail application of the applicant was allowed with a direction to the Superintendent of Police to get the place of seizure ascertained and if it is found that the contraband was seized from the premises of the applicant, his bail bonds shall be cancelled automatically. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It is seen that vide order dated 12.04.2017, Circle Officer came to be impleaded in the proceedings and on 12.07.2017, this Court had issued show cause notice as to why the contempt proceedings should not be initiated against the Circle Officer as well as the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, for their contradictory and inconsistent stand. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16050 of 2016(29) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 applicant/accused that the matter is of the year 2012. Trial has already commenced. Only official witnesses have remained to be examined.

It is seen from the affidavits that concerned officers have tendered unconditional apology.

In the light of the foregoing facts, no further direction is required and the case is not fit for proceedings further in the contempt notice.

The proceedings as such are dropped.
