The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the land dispute, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
