2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the bag kept by co-accused Madho Yadav who was present in the house of petitioner and came in her house by his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR56A-8450 which was also seized.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor.

5. Counsel for State however, opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30318 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Tekari (Mau OP) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
