The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the final form submitted by the police exonerating the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
